A simple Prayer answered.

So today Aaron got home and came with me and the girls to our local grocery store Pauls Market. We needed to get a few things for dinner for Aaron and I, since I already fed the girls their favorite Chicken nuggets, but Aaron and I wanted Spaghetti, garlic bread, and salad and a few additional yummys :D.

Well we went to pay and I couldn't find my Quest card (food card) anywhere I looked in my coat, diaper bag, coat everything. Couldn't find it. Well Aaron says it's ok just put it on our debit card however I couldn't because I had already paid our bills and we weren't getting paid until tomorrow. So I went over to the bank and got out the 20.00 I needed to pay for our food to make dinner.

The whole way home I am in panic I couldn't remember where it was I thought well maybe it was in my other coat. I had gone to Pauls yesterday to get some stuff that was going off sale. Which you read about in my last post about getting the totinos pizza's for free. Well we get home and I can't fine it anywhere I am about in tears now. Its the beginning of the month I have lost of Food Stamps card and I don't have any extra money for groceries and we need them this week badly.

Well I said a Prayer asking Heavenly Father to please help me find it...before I said Amen I heard a small voice saying Call up Pauls and ask if they have found it...I thought well maybe I accidentally left it there yesterday, so I called.

I explained to the Customer Service that I might have lost my Quest Card yesterday around 10am yesterday, she told me that they had found 2 Quest cards she asked what the last 4 digits were of my card. "OH GREAT" I thought I don't have a clue. And of course my Quest Card doesn't have my name on it...then I saw my reciept from yesterday with the last 4 digits on it...I told her the last 4 digits she came back on the line and told me that she had one that matched those numbers. However she couldn't give it to me unless I came to the store purchased something and used my pin to make sure it was mine and showed my I.D.

Of Course I hopped in my Van and went right down. I got some tator tots and tried my pin YAY!!! it was mine. Well then Aaron had asked me to see if they could reimburse me the money we had just spent only 20 mins ago and put the purchase on my Quest Card b/c I really needed that money and it would be a huge blessing if they could. The lady was super nice and told me that they probably could she couldn't see why not b/c they would still be getting the money.

I was so excited I am so grateful that Heavenly Father answered my simple Prayer tonight it's sad to believe that 20.00 means so much right now. But it does, and anyone that understands that feeling would understand how I felt when she told me that they could do that simple wish.

What a great day it was I am grateful for the Holy Ghost in my life and for the simple Prayers that Heavenly Father answers. I love my family and I am grateful for them. until next time ~the winbergs
